  • Can I pay by Credit Card?

    Yes, just follow the booking process through to the payment page.

  • Can I register and pay for 2 events at the same time?

    No, you must enter each event. Once you have registered you only need to enter your email and password for any event after the first.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Refund Policy

    As part of your entry process you have the opportunity to take out booking protection insurance. This enables you to get a full refund if you have to cancel your entry. The XNRG refund policy is that we will give you 70% refund of your entry fee up to 1 month before the start date of the event. After this time we are sorry there will be no refunds or transfers to future events. Refunds will be to your booking credit card.

  • Can I use the facilities at the finish even though Iím only doing one day?

    Of course, we don’t send our competitor’s home muddy and smelling.

  • Druids registration location.

    Druids registration is at Town Farm, Ivinghoe, LU7 9EL

  • Can I change my event to another event

    No.

  • Can I change my event category? eg from 1 day to the full event.

  • Can I transfer my entry to another person.

    Yes. Contact us on info@xnrg.co.uk. We will take no part in the process except change the details
