Elisabet has more than 20 years’ running experience and specialises in multi-stage racing. She has won the Marathon des Sables and the Oman Desert Marathon, placed second in The Coastal Challenge and set multiple ultra course records. With more than 10 years' experience from leading organisations and individuals through change and a postgraduate degree in Change Management, Elisabet understands what it takes to make lasting changes. She also knows what it’s like trying to juggle life commitments and a demanding work schedule alongside training. This is why her detailed and structured training plans are completely bespoke and take into account your individual needs and background. Whether you are new to ultra running, more experienced, wish to complete or compete, Elisabet can help you achieve your goals. Andy Mouncey

Andy Mouncey

Andy practices what he preaches and very definitely walks the talk. He is also a published author, writes regularly for a number of publications and is one of the leading thinkers on high performance – working as he does in sport, education and the corporate world.

In 2003 Andy said goodbye to 17 years in triathlon by setting record stage times for the Enduroman Arch To Arc Challenge: A 300 mile solo triathlon linking London & Paris via an English Channel swim

Since then he’s been into his ultrarunning and has, among his race resume, two second places at the UK’s premier trail 100 miler then Montane Lakeland 100.

Andy therefore brings a multi-facetted perspective to his training and coaching. His is a powerful mix of humour, experience, penetrating insight and a skill in getting to the heart of the problem quickly and making the complex seems simple. Shane Benzie

Shane Benzie

Shane Benzie is the founder of Running Reborn, a running technique coach and movement specialist. His experience spans running, trekking, and climbing in the Himalaya, Karakoram and mountains of northern India at altitudes of up to 6000 meters and temperatures down to -40, deserts to +50 and jungles with humidity up to 100% in countries such as Mozambique, Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma and the Amazon.
Shane has a wealth of experience in ultra running, completing a number of 50 and 100 mile runs, in addition the Grand Union Canal Race at 145 miles. He has also completed the Marathon Des Sables and completed the 184 mile Thames Path unsupported.
During this time Shane has focused on coaching and spent time in the US and the UK studying and qualifying as a running technique coach and movement specialist. He works with clients coaching a running form that concentrates on energy efficiency and reducing the effects of impact on the runner’s body. He works with a wide range of runners from GB ultra runners to people starting out in the sport, he also works with the MOD rehabilitation team at Headley Court, concentrating on amputees and creating balance and symmetry of movement as they are introduced to running prosthetics.

Experience is key to the success of my Performance Coaching. I wasn’t born an elite athlete but have learned how to maximise my potential. Having completed over 950 marathons, 235 Ultra-marathons and 9 Guinness World Records for treadmill running, I have just about done the lot, even the Barry 40.
