Competitor Update 2

All competitors, the college where we are staying in Watlington on the first night came back to me yesterday and asked that no one finish before 1600. Now I know most of you will be thinking, well that is not a problem, however I know some of the competitors on day 1 will be 3 hour marathon runners and could well do 28 miles off road in under 5 hours.

My proposal is that we therefore have a 3rd start on day 1 at 1200 for all those who think they will do under 5 hours. Please can you email me directly and I will put you into the 1200 start. We will adjust the checkpoint opening times accordingly.

One other slight update is that on day 3 we will have 4 starts. This is mainly because the numbers of people has grown so much that we will now have a walkers start of approx 10 people at 0700, runners group 1 approx 45 people at 0800, runners group 2 approx 45 people at 0830ish, and runners group 3 approx 45 people at 0900 ish.
